The Shroom boat...
These semi-aquatic giant mushrooms are used by tribes as boats and mobile-homes to travel across giant freshwater lakes. The mushroom floats using the numerous roots at its base that collect air bubbles. Additionally, it contains an air chamber surrounded by a very heavy nut in its core. The shroom boat is a small eco-system on its own. Its roots attract a lot of fish seeking refuge and they also filter the water in its base. It's occupants can benefit from that water and the fish it provides in exchange of cleaning the shroom boats from parasites. When the spore season arrives, the shroom boat detects other shroom boats in the area and slowly floats towards them. This movement is created by a number of marbles in its core. The marbles rattle and roll over one another making the roots of the mushroom vibrate and propelling it slowly where it needs to go. This way the nomadic tribes have always got a way of regrouping for the annual spore season festival where a lot of fish and delicious spore soup is traded and eaten in celebration.
